Lack of Care

Pros

Working at head office nice office, friendly staff below management level. Close proximity to many shops.

Cons

Absolutely useless HR who do nothing to support anyone below management level. Have no Idea about laws, and standards of decency to how staff should be treated. Poor wages for maximum expectation and micromanagement. Terrible culture of bullying and high staff turnover due to stress, lack of bonuses, recognition, and constant alteration of targets to make them out of reach. Steer clear no real chance of career progression.

What a mess...

Pros

Firstly, the format of this survey is not optimal with regards to this review as I believe there is really no need for a pros section, it should be cons and cons. Anyway, what I can say about this company is that it is rife with inadequacy. From the creation and expectation to hit unrealistic sales targets for nonsensical and incredibly underwhelming products and events, to the lack of support provided from upper management, this company takes every opportunity to give you the shaft. Expecting the world and offering little in return, in the form of compensation that many impoverished people would be disappointed with. All the while, you are having to deal with rude customers, before trying to talk them into playing in a tournament or entrapping them in one of the leagues just so that you can try and make your ROM happy...(continued below)

Cons

(continued)... With unsocial working hours, and interaction with a myriad of people with frankly poor personalities and attitudes, I would recommend turning and running if you were thinking of working at this company. To summarise, the lack of care shown towards its employees and the lack of vision to see the bigger picture is this company's downfall, evidenced by the almost continuous flow of staff members in and out of the company at all levels. Other points include: - Lack of respect and care for all employees - High expectations from demotivated and dejected staff - Inability to support and deal with problems - A money grabbing approach, resulting in extortionate prices and minimal customer regard I'm unsure what more could be said for this company. My time there was very disappointing.

Pros

If you enjoy working in a squalid environment, being shouted at by disgruntled customers who've had their car windows put through and fighting tooth and nail for every tiny repair that needs doing, then this is the job for you! Perhaps you particularly enjoy promising customers things and being unable to deliver, or getting stressed over not hitting targets for a meagre wage, well, look no further. I can personally guarantee that a rude area manager will not visit you for 4 months, but regularly shout down the phone and send threatening emails. It's a great time to be alive, folks!

Cons

Extremely high staff turnover The company show no loyalty to employees Poorly run Never seen a project delivered on time Lack of training Harassment rife Rude higher-ups Desperate and ill thought through money making schemes initiated every week They expect unwavering loyalty and effort from employees on minimum wage No benefits
