- Tech stack is amazing, plus the architecture is designed by brilliant engineers, so got to learn a lot from the codebase itself - Good work/life balance, don't have to put in extra hours and no burnouts - Company culture is inclusive, friendly and based on a growth mindset. - Getting trained on blockchain/renewable energy from the best people - Decent pay plus perks - Get to work remotely, a lot of flexibility Plus, an overall sense of being able to contribute to a revolutionary platform which just may be a big deal in a few years

Cons

- Its a startup, so there are changing requirements plus, there is also some risk of it not taking off. But, prospects seem promising
