+Interesting Electrical/electronic design work for GPUs (Ground Power Units) used to supply aircraft with 400Hz/28VDC power during ground-based operations. +It's nice to see systems designed in-house providing power to aircraft and the opportunity to travel to many airports to see the equipment in action. +Support for further learning available (both work-based and formal).
Cons
-As with any company, you get some bad eggs here and there, trying to milk it, but as you'd expect they are soon robustly found out.
