      Worst company to work for, scam!!! BE AWARE

      None, to be honest. N/A.

      Cons

      The management is really bad, they will not pay you on time, even cut the salary for nonsense reasons. They don't have any direct clients, just collect the resumes to build the database. They just know how to push and harass the employees. Don't waste your time, find a better company. I would give a ZERO star if it was possible.

      The office is small and separate.

      Cons

      1. Bad Performance and Compensation management. No path to promotion and salary rise 2. Breach of promise (oral contract) and labor contract. Salary is the lowest in the industry and sometimes is cut down due to certain need. 3. Unpractical and Blown Target and Goals. 4. Limited resources. No reliable vendors. Every partner is a joke. 5. Bad corporate culture. The only value they have is blowing and cheating. 6. Bad boss 7. Small company. Only two or three onshore employees. The turnover rate of offshore team is very high, at almost 90%. Every new offshore employee stay no longer than two months.

      This is a 5-year-old review of a disgruntled employee. Recruiter operations have to be metrics-oriented and performance-driven. It's the non-performers who complain whereas performers stay and grow. We have team members who have taken lead roles within months and people who have been with us for over 5 years getting the benefit of increased responsibilities and significantly enhanced pay. We are direct with several SIs and large corporations.

      Pros

      There are none. They don't seem to have any of their own jobs and just scan job boards for postings.

      Cons

      Relentless spam emails for unrelated positions all over the country. I applied for one position and never heard back, but every day I receive 10-15 emails for unrelated positions I'm not even remotely qualified for. I think this company exists solely to build a database of job seekers and nothing else.

      We are direct with multi-billion dollar IT services companies as well as fortune 500 healthcare Lifesciences companies. We are an H1 independent company with several hundred employees. All could not have been possible without direct clients and strong delivery capability
