Great people and management here. Lots of initiative for improvements in processes right now.

Hiring & Firing coupled with Zero Training!

Pros

Some people were nice but most treated others like inferiors no matter the title. I could go home at the end of the day and leave work behind, which was nice, but it generally haunted me anyway.

Cons

Absolutely zero on-the-job training. Then you get harped on for not knowing protocol. I was one of at least 10 people that were hired and fired within 9 months. New managers everywhere. These people say they are “family,” but they do not care about you and will not give you the time of day. Pay is way below average for most positions, and 401k matching is horrible. Meanwhile CEO and his wife drive their Rolls Royce’s and luxury/collector cars to work. This company and its people are completely out of touch. You can find better benefits in another manufacturing facility.

Pros

They don’t expect a lot and the work is easy.

Cons

Heavily christian influenced in a non Christian way against LGBT people and is an environment not welcoming or accepting of women.
