Pros
Experience in the field and further understanding of what it meant to work in a toxic work environment.
Cons
Toxic employees caused such a harsh work environment that what once was a career, simply ended up being a stepping stone to pay the bills for most. Management deals too much in politics and who the "favorites" are in the office, therefore if you don't come from the same background or viewpoints, you're doomed to fail. Management doesn't understand the "larger picture" of what is truly going on in the company, therefore no one has a voice unless you're at the top. Pay is extremely low compared to competitors doing the exact same business model.

Decent benefits, generally friendly environment, understanding of life outside of job.
Cons
Little to no opportunity for growth/upward movement within the company. Little to no raises regardless of effort or time with the company.
