Pros

Good to do in free time but not as a full-time job. Can earn decent money if put in 8-10 hrs per day in Play time.

Cons

1. Unprofessional people. Won't respect any employee skills. Only concerned about money earned. Only want to lick boots of American clients. 2. Truly the worst, most unprofessional company I've ever worked for. I left a few months ago and the memory of it still haunts me.

I worked in Pragna more than a year. and it never felt to me as a company any time. There is no one to bother nor to ask about any thing you do. they work on few projects which are useless expect 1 or 2.

Cons

There is no career in this comp. Better not to go here. Team size is 0 - 8 hardly including watchman.
