Best place I've ever worked. Privately owned by the doctors so you work closely with the "head honchos". Staff are friendly and always willing to help out. Work life balance is great. Pay and benefits are good. Management and owners are open to discussions of issues and work towards a fair resolution.
Cons
Pay and benefits not as high as large facilities but the atmosphere and low stress work environment makes up for that 10 fold.
Professional
High Quality performance
Friendly Atmosphere
Not many layers of bureaucracy- quick to establish change
Cons
Challenges of being an independent group - don't have the large support departments that other facilities have.
Rural mid-west setting so not a lot of diversity within the group.
