      poor management mentally drain fast pace but not an nofi work to fill time and exepced to keep busy for the whole day

      Pros

      Been working at the BRHC for 15+ years now. Worked on a number of floors. Each one has been great - great staff, great doctors.

      Cons

      Some floors are severely short staffed - and those nurses work a lot of OT.
