Pros
Ability to make a difference in increasing genetic diversity and expanding native habitat. Great co-workers. Every day is different.
Cons
Pay could be better for the amount of hats you have to wear on a day to day basis. Not enough time in the day to get everything I want/need to get done.

Pros
Coworkers are incredible! They are extremely hard working, with a very deep knowledge on conservation work, native plants, and ecological communities. The ability to be outside in nature is a huge perk! It's hard work, but very rewarding when you see the end results.
Cons
The company has a hardworking culture, but that can sometimes come at the expense of work-life balance. Leadership can be challenging to navigate depending on your working style.
