Everyone is overworked and hours are long! Admin expects everyone to work above their capacity but preach self-care. Staff are pulled and expected to do "other" tasks around the school a lot and still expected to get their required tasks done too. Expect to be micromanaged and scrutinized here. A lot of times, there's no rhyme or reason why decisions are made or why things happen. The leadership doesn't know what they're doing. They just react and give staff more things to do. There is definitely nepotism and favoritism here at this school. To get on the good list means to not challenge anything or ask any questions.

The Administration and CEO (who are married) are unethical - nepotism abounds. High teacher turnover every year, yet both CEO and Admin are of the top paid admin for charter schools. They overwork and take advantage of their young teachers and run out or dismiss teachers who question them, or whom they feel are a threat to status quo.
