Too much red tape, higher ups don’t listen to ideas

The internal staff at Pravana lacks experience in the professional beauty space. Leadership at Henkel corporate does not find this brand to be profitable enough so the resources are not there to help the employees do their jobs properly. Many team members are conflictive and do not pull their weight and if brought up you are seen as non collaborative. You cannot review or give feedback on the senior team members on their leadership and management. A lot of politics within the team. Almost impossible to get a promotion or raise. Recent layoffs in 2022. Join at your own risk.
