      Promising technology and prospects for commercialization. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      The current CEO is the biggest malignant narcissist you are going to meet in the industry. Tantrums. Totalitarian control over issues big and small. Scorched earth destruction of opponents. Welcome to 1930s Germany. Feel sorry for the board and senior leadership.

      Leadership has no integrity Leadership is inexperienced and will not listen to different points of view Cannot hear constructive feedback The first company I have worked for who doesn’t at least pretend to value their people The non-compete agreement is severely career limiting and completely outrageous

      Peer feedback and radical transparency is used for passive-aggressive behavior. No work structure. Leadership has little respect or appreciation for employees. Very toxic work environment.
