Toxic Environment: Avoid at all costs!!

Absolutely nothing. It was a job that paid 6-figures (enough to live in the Bay Area).

Cons

Managers were completely incompetent. This went up to the Executive level. Nothing got done efficiently or correctly. People placed blame on others instead of accepting culpability.

The company has well performing solutions that deliver on its mission to bend the healthcare cost curve while helping people live healthier lives. The leadership team genuinely cares about the team and is transparent about the state of the business and the road ahead. Company employees are dedicated and hard working. The company has its strongest sales pipeline in many years with several new clients actively in the contracting process.

Cons

The team is lean and this requires everyone to wear multiple hats and can impact work life balance. The leadership team understands this and has a plan to add resources as the new sales land.
