Great team culture let down by willingness to retain good staff

Team culture was great and plenty of room to grow and learn new skills. Working with mid to enterprise level clients gices you great experience. Potential for travel if only quick trips is a positive you dont normally get elsewhere

Cons

It's not uncommon for people to get promoted and not get a raise to go with the extra responsibility. Also had good staff who where underpaid ask for industry standard and get told "not right now" several times. The leave and the company hires a replacement at a higher rate. The change in the global management was probably a good move
