Pros

Working for Precedo was made bearable by the friends that I made whilst working there. When I think about my time there I cant think of anything good to say.

Cons

You were never guaranteed to get paid. The CEO would fob us off with excuses on why our salary hadn't gone in. There was no trust within the company at all. Everybody at Manager and above level would stab you in the back to get further up within Precedo. People coming into work and being told that hours are being cut with no notice or worse still "pack up your stuff, we cant afford you anymore". Run by absolute Cowboys

Its all rubbish. I wont recommend any one you will get reference once you get your solicitor involved. I wasted my time working for this people.

Cons

Managers are worse they won't help you or listen to you, They will never give you reference they will make sure you don't go further only thing they care is you work like a dog. If you complain about underpay and provide the proof you won't get nothing. Gossiping a lot
