Pros

Team is generally nice and willing to help. The company also has many interesting collabs with well known brands and companies if you are into that kind of thing. The company is a great starting place for those who want to be in the retail industry or are interested to learn more about merchandising and procurement. Senior management is also rather open to feedback and takes ideas into consideration.

Cons

During special/peak seasons (like Christmas), working hours will be slightly longer. This is a retail company, thus they will be busier during festive seasons. This is also a small company and the team is lean, so chances are there are times that you will be taking on multiple projects and tasks with tight deadlines at the same time.
