Great teaching and learning environment. High level of responsibility and independence, as much as you want and can handle. Plenty of opportunity to advance. People here are willing to take time to help you learn even in the middle of a rush to get a project completed.
Cons
High workload and high responsibility level. This company requires you have initiative and step up to the plate. Will need to work long hours and weekends at times in order to ensure a project meets a deadline.
