      Nothing noteworthy Had WFH flexibility but you are isolated

      Cons

      -There is no product direction or development. -Software is old and beyond it's use by date -Management from recent acquisitions have no interest in understanding products or the area of business they are managing

      Pros

      Engaging communications from the CEO and ELT. Open and transparent with a strong focus on their people. Focused on change and transformation including a re-brand with new vision and values. It's a really exciting time to work with an organization of this size that's really connected and engaged globally and eager to develop their teams.

      Cons

      There is a strong focus on growth opportunities which naturally can result in a lot of change. Change can be unsettling for some - others thrive.
