      Beware of working at Precision Dialogue!

      Pros

      I worked with some great clients during my time at Precision Dialogue. Knowing that I was making their lives easier, made going into the office worthwhile every day that I was there.

      Cons

      I felt extremely uncomfortable about the times I was specifically told to lie to clients or when I was made aware of mistakes that we were not permitted to share with the clients. Many of the people I worked with were under qualified for their positions and I spent most of my time their cleaning up other people's messes. I left because I did not feel that I could serve the clients in an ethical way.

      Bait & Switch on Job Description and Encouraged to Misrepresent Myself to Client

      Good clientele made the experience tolerable.

      Cons

      Bait and switch on job description between the time I signed the offer to the time I arrived. My anticipated position was completely changed. When on my first business trip, I was encouraged to 'beef up' my experience in a particular discipline when speaking with the client. I was scolded for not writing duplicate notes (meaning, my manager told me I needed to take 'all the notes' even if others are taking the same exact notes). One more: IT doesn't just 'kind of' keep an eye on things; they are starving hawks and I know for certain the company is prying in to the most minute actions taken through their computers / machines.

      Pros

      Employees are good people. Managers work with your schedule. No dress code.

      Cons

      No raises. Xmas bonus is pennies. Insurance too high. Employees are over worked. Very few holidays.
