No organization, management does nothing about sexual harrassment. Location where I worked definitely had "good ol' boy" attitude and did nothing to remove psychopath that was harassing me. After 5 months of inaction and corporate management saying to just ignore the situation, I was forced to walk out one day. About 4 months after I quit, the guy was arrested because he had firearms and a "kill list" in his car. But management never aplogized. I had already found a new job by then.
