Thank you for recognizing our fun environment, nice people and energetic vibe! We’d like to address that we offer a variety of salaries, growth incentives, bonuses and positions. Additionally, in order to maintain transparency and ultimately avoid negative feedback like this, we cover our compensation and the hours necessary for success very clearly in our three-part interview process.

Pros

None...total waste of time. I would say being able to look sharp at work while wearing business attire, but that's even a front...once you go door to door you wear a Frontier short sleeve shirt.

Cons

They lied to me from the first time they called me in for an interview. They claimed it was a salaried marketing job when in reality your a door salesman who works for commission only. You learn a script to sell people Frontier Fios packages...going door to door everyday. This job is as much a marketing job as sign twirling is. Also, your training to become a Branch Manager when all of the management jobs in CA are already taken...so you'd have to relocate to another state...not to mention you'd then have to lie to a bunch of people while hiring and train people to be good salesmen.

Pros

The exercise you get going door to door or what they call “lead to lead”

Cons

Overall I was dopped into this job. I came in needing a full time job and they were there and it was easy to get it. They promise you you’ll own your office, you’ll have the ability to create your own schedule, and you’ll make loads of money, but only if you’ll willing to give up all your time and energy and free thinking. They tell you you’ll be working 5 days a week and you’ll be work around 40 hours, but really you’ll be working 6 days straight or more and possibly 12 hour days. It’s also a sales job. Door to door to be exact. They’ll tell you it’s promotion but really they teach shady tactics to get people to buy things. If you don’t meet the “standard” it’s your fault and your fault alone because you didn’t use their strategies correctly and they’ll chew you out for it. And I hope you like driving because you can spend up to an hour or and hour and a half driving to the city and neighborhood you’ll be working. Sure they’ll say they will compensate for gas and travel but TRUST ME they don’t. Oh by the way if you’re. Team leader, you drive your team and make sure to drop them off at their locations. And everything they tell you is scripted and they’ll tell you they are transparent about everything and being honest but they’re actually not. They run around questions with half answers and follow up with asking you a question to throw you off. This job took a huge toll on my mental and physical health and they really didn’t care because it was “my fault” because I wasn’t taking care of myself when I would work from 7-8:30 most days and wouldn’t get home until close to 10. I barely had any rest and time for myself or family/friends. Did I make decent money the time I was there? Yes If you’re a “sales beast”. But it cost me so much more In the end. “Time now for time later” it’s a lie. You lose time now with no actual guarantee of it. Research before you interview or take the job. Learn from my mistakes. Also once you quit the most of the “friends” you make will stop talking to you because you got a brain and didn’t want to be part of this economically cult.

We’re sorry to hear that you have a negative outlook on our team and would like to take a moment to address some of your claims. You are correct when you say we do promise that you can one day attain your own office, as we have several successful leaders who have branched off from our firm to start their own company. This is dependent on hard work, motivation to succeed, and an entrepreneurial mindset amongst much more. We do not promote “shady” tactics - our goal is always to find candidates that are a great fit for our company that are excited to both learn and grow professionally. We are proud of our training program that includes real-world, hands-on business experience. Furthermore, we are not just “door-to-door sales”- we offer a variety of salaries, growth incentives, bonuses and positions. We offer numerous growth incentives and compensation opportunities and are always up front and honest with all of our interviewers at the time of their interview. We are sorry that our business model did not align with your career goals. We would be happy to speak with you more in order to clear the air at hr@precisioninnovationgroup.com.
