      Pros

      Work life balance is like no other! This company is family owned and when you work here you feel part of the family. I love coming to work and knowing that we are helping people out there through the products we manufacture here. It makes you feel good knowing its for a good cause.

      It is a little outdated and can use some updates, which are in the works.

      Good starting job. Some company functions. Paid holidays.

      Cons

      Difficult to make improvements and changes.Difficult to enforce FDA regulations and other compliance. No guidance in descision making, but the blame game is played all too often.
