How work should be.

Pros

It's really hard to overstate how special PN is. There's a tremendous amount of autonomy, support, flexibility and growth. This is a place where they want to figure out who you are, what you're best at -- so they can put you in a role where the best parts of you thrive. There are many great traits about PN but the three that are lived in every day are generosity, commitment and integrity. Here are a few examples: The entire team is remote (working from across North America mostly but some of us skip over the pond often), there is tremendous mentorship and coaching (plus the space to learn and make mistakes), there's even a "pleasant surprise" policy that allows anyone to purchase a substantial gift/experience for anyone else on the team for extraordinary work (we're not talking about $10 Starbucks gift cards), we also extend our pleasant surprises out to our customers and the community. Plus, you get to work with some of the smartest, most dedicated individuals you'll ever meet. I've tried my best, but words really can't do this place justice. You have to experience it for yourself.

Cons

I've got nothing for you.

Pros

It's impossible to overstate how awesome PN is. I've been here since nearly the beginning and have watched the company grow and change over the years. It's a great example of a) how well Holacracy can work; b) a purely remote-work company being successful; c) how hiring smart, passionate, kind people lets you build an awesome team; d) investing in personal and professional development leads to growth; e) doing important work that helps people.

Cons

It's very hard to come up with any cons. Like many companies, there can be challenges with communication, but PN is so open to growth and change that most problems don't last very long once they're identified.

Pros

Incredible culture, mission-driven, awesome teammates!

Cons

The professional fitness market has been impacted by C19 so look to market products to additional professional audiences and directly to consumers seeking to help themselves.
