Pros

Great pay and yearly bonuses, experience for fresh out of college grads (but not a career), Client relationships that stick even when you are not working there.

Cons

You will be asked to sacrifice ALL of your home life for this position, don't expect a normal 9-5. Managers and CEO lack human decency to even say good morning but instead rush you as soon as you come in the door (nearly every day). Expect lying to customers about what we can accomplish. Work environment like a Wall Street stock exchange when things are not that rushed to be put in, the managers just lack awareness and try and make the monthly budget. Even if something is not your fault, it will be.

Pros

The environment is calm with no drama. I received a raise after a short time of working here.

Cons

Being in IT, there isn't room for growth or advancement as the company is stuck in the 80s. Wouldn't recommend working here unless you intend to retire here and hate your life in the process.
