Pros
It's a very friendly & laid back work atmosphere.
Cons
Little contact with or direction from upper management. The Project Managers run the company without accountability to their leadership. Each PM ran their projects in their own way, without regard to company policies. Some PMs managed each new project different than the last--- lack of consistency meant steep learning curves each project life cycle. A new Proj Director is there now- perhaps he will require consistency.
