Pros
I enjoyed coming to work here every day. I never felt belittled by management, pressured into doing anything I wasn't comfortable with(although I DID get to try some new roles I didn't think I'd do, so you are challenged), and 98% of the time the goals were clear. If I had questions about anything, I was never afraid to ask. The office has a very solid attitude towards physical fitness fitness and taking care of your health, which definitely got my mornings started off right.
Cons
I really don't have anything negative to say about my time here. I was constantly being educated on various aspects of the company and the financial/insurance industry. I entered the position with no real experience in the industry, but was easily able to pick it up quickly, thanks to decades of accumulated knowledge in the leadership.
