      Old boys club but good environment

      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn about new processes, Excellent business model between contract and custom equipment manufacturing. Some really nice people.

      Cons

      Everyone has been around for 20-40 years which feels like a good thing at first, but, it makes it very difficult to be the new guy.

      Excellent flexibility, numerous hands on opportunities, and a mostly pleasant staff

      Cons

      Poor communication, lack of accountability, there is preferential treatment given to certain staff members which can be very frustrating, and senior management has a major disconnect with what is actually going on in the building.
