The company culture at Precocity,continues to be a positive aspect, fostering collaboration and a supportive environment. I appreciate the competitive pay structure, which has been a positive aspect of my overall compensation package.

Being part of a small team of two, I have encountered challenges in terms of career advancement opportunities within the company. While the initial compensation was competitive, I've noticed a lack of significant salary increases in the past couple of years.

The people and expertise is top-notch. Work is interesting and challenging.

Cons

Precocity had too many eggs in one basket. When that customer had difficulties of their own, Precocity suffered dramatically.
