      Pros

      Good peers, SDRS are pretty nice and managers are hard working. Good job if you're a Mexico sales rep, but really bad if you actually want to become strong at sales

      Cons

      There is no training here! They will hire you, they they will put you in front of a client with VERY LITTLE TRAINING. They gave me a client, gave me very little support/info, and then just told me to call, call call, with a crappy script and little information. I am experienced, I KNOW that doesn't work When you don't perform, they'll just cut you out.

      - Remote work - Remote work money (not much)

      Cons

      - The CEO doesn't know anything about his company. - They are broke. - They only way to grow within the company is to get along with the leadership team, which translates in never complaining. - The difference between how they treat (and pay) the team in Mexico and in Canada is abysmal. - Micromanagement at it's finest.

      Can't beat the power of the Aaron Ross brand!

      Cons

      Everything else... command and control leadership, nepotism running rampant, toxic work culture, inequity in pay and expectations. Upward mobility almost exclusively limited to staff in Vancouver. The values don't hold much meaning.
