      Pros

      Remote was a plus but staff at Predication Health were unreliable, inconsiderate, etc

      Cons

      So many. Where to begin? Insulting pay. Hardly any hours available. No assistance in training. No assistance in anything. When you wanted to get in touch with someone from management, it was a mission. Do not waste your time here unless you want to scrape for hours at the bottom of the barrel.

      Pros

      Because this is a smaller company, it's easier to get to know your colleagues. Also, if you're needing help you can easily approach your supervisor with no issues.

      Cons

      The company expects you to overwork while receiving very little pay in return. They trick you by telling you that you can make up to $15/hr, depending on how many cases you complete. However, each case is no more than 15-30 min at max, and you only get paid a few cents per minute. In addition to that, they will request you to work additional hours during the week or weekends. Of course, it's up to the employee but still very annoying considering how little they pay.
