I ended my employment with them after 5 years of work. Within the same week, the laboratory manager and his two assistants for both the night shift and the day shift, all resigned and left suddenly.
This place has changed the laboratory management at least 10 times within the past 2 years. They have just lost their two biggest account holders and customers. Everybody is fleeing and finding other jobs, as of April 2024. Everybody can see that the place is dead.
Our most recent laboratory manager, who had a specialty in saving contract laboratories that were dying, who had brought many dying laboratories back to life, only survived in this place for less than 3 months. It was shocking.
2 years, 10 different managers, and they all ran for the hills each one after a couple of months being there. Need I say more?
