Both owners invest in their employees personally and professionally, and they genuinely care about their clients and the business outcomes they are providing. Every product and service is first applied internally within the organization, so there are multiple stages of testing and tuning before rolling it out, creating a standard of excellence and an environment where innovation can thrive.
