I've worked at Preeminent Technology (PMTT) for about 2 years, and I am so grateful I was hired at PMTT. The culture at PMTT is focused on integrity and quality, very positive, empathetic, and the Managers and Leadership team have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about your career development and present and future technical, functional and domain knowledge. The managers have so many conversations with you and help you with your deliverables, soft skills and project management skills. There are regular outings and after every event, Q&A, your feedback is valued and acted upon. It is a celebration of work at PMTT. Even after leaving the company, you are respected and all the referrals and documents you need are promptly given to you. The leaders and management at PMTT were always supportive and friendly to me and my colleagues.
Cons
It is not a big organization like Wipro but has about 200 employees working at Hyderabad, India and in USA and the processes and quality of work are at par with top companies.
