Pros
I really can't think of many. Work hours and location are about it.
Cons
Benefits are terrible, salaries are not competitive, and employees are treated very poorly. Turnover is incredibly high, and for good reason. Employees are treated poorly and micro managed. One owner in particular has a gross lack of professionalism, and is completely out of touch with current business practices. This is by far the most poorly managed company I've seen in my career. Save yourself the trouble and look for employment elsewhere!

My manager was the only positive aspect of working there.
Cons
Total disorganization, ridiculous overlap in teams going after the same leads due to unnecessary secrecy. Sink or swim and not in a professional way, as I've been in sales my whole career.
