Pros

PCM is apart of a bigger picture - PAC - which has an awesome culture and strives to give back and take care of their employees. Unfortunately, PCM has failed at adopting those same characteristics.

Cons

Lack of proper training, blurred lines in regards to policy and who is responsible for what at the corporate office. Poor communication, almost every single person at corporate is related so they lack accountability. Be prepared to NEVER have your emails answered - you will pretty much be left on an island to figure it all out. Company has not grown in two years - so don't plan on any growth opportunities. Very poor leadership which starts from the top!

Pros

Opportunity to work with students as they move into their first apartment.

Cons

Corporate staff is all related, no value for people, inconsistent communication and in paying out commission. Also, my regional manager showed up intoxicated to a marketing event once.

Pros

Enticing starting salary to begin with

Cons

Zero support Extremely unqualified upper management High employee turnover You will Never get your email answered especially when you need something Archaic business practices, they still use paper money instead of getting their employees credit cards for expenses Nepotism - almost every corporate employee is a son, daughter, wife, ex husband or sister, or is dating. Zero accountability Zero room for growth, company is not growing like they claim. Will make you falsify numbers on reports to look good to partners Constant weekend/Night emails creating zero work/life balance
