Pros

You get to make your own schedule, you have a say in who you get to nanny, raises, has decent pay, provides gas comp when assigned out of town, fast replies from coordinator/scheduler.

Cons

Sometimes having to drive to different cities.

Pros

The families you babysit for are great.

Cons

They start for pay at $8 hr and charge the family $15-20. On call is terrible because they will make you travel an hour to get paid for two hours. They are a money making company. I would not recommend working for them. They make the families sign a contract that they can't hire you outside of their company.

Pros

Extremely flexible and most of the office staff is extremely friendly. I have great relationships with my families and the pay is decent for a college student.

Cons

Very few cons. Though some members of management can be extremely rude. I have at times been called at 3AM and asked if I could be somewhere at 7. Did not appreciate that. They sometimes do not treat their employees with a lot of respect.
