Not a great place for women.

Pros

One of the owners and some of the management staff are wonderful caring people, they support their employees and try to move the company forward.

Cons

Sexism is rampant, from small things like women's opinions being ignored to sexual assault. I was groped by project managers, verbally propositioned by men with power over me. I have seen parts of men there that I women should not be exposed to in a working environment. I did not want to leave the company but after the minimal response from the owners I felt unsafe.

Pros

Large company with a small company feel. The two owners know most of the employees by name and really seem to care about them. Its a relaxed workplace.

Cons

PECI has an outdated business operation. They seem to do things the way it would have been done 30 years ago instead of how modern companies operate. They still use paper files and the people in charge of the projects and responsible for the performance and profitablity of their jobs don't have access to the information needed to work at maximum effectiveness but have to ask a secretary to print reports for them, type letters and update files.
