Great people good incentives great insurance. Job function can be easy. Would recommend as a start up job not long term

Management sucks. They do not believe in the employees. Management is inconsistent. Ca at the centers are lazy. They don't want to any work. They talk and treat staff horribly
Great bonus plans. Management care about their employees. They demonstrate this by making programs available that have nothing to do with what they will get out of it. Employees are treated very well.
Cons
Sometime the day is very long. Ensure that sites are appropriately staffed.
