Pros
There are some great people who are still stuck working there.
Cons
An alpha male dominated management team in a predominantly female industry. The CEO only values opinions of males, old friends or those related to him. He employs family and friends taking advantage of the company. The whole family is unprofessional with angry and profane screaming outbursts at co-workers in the open office and in meetings. If you are a male, you have a good chance of making it on the team, as long as you are a yes man and a good ol boy and do not offer an opposing opinion . CEO has token females on the team, but does not meet with them, value their opinions, or even remember their names, mixing them up all the time- he has cute little pet names for males in the company though. And if you are a woman over 50, update your resume. This could have been a great company if they concentrated on doing something well and focusing on the customer, but cutting corners, people quitting or getting fired contributes to lack of morale or desire to do anything but make it through the day. I can't say I was ever proud to work there.
