      NONE. PT director is at least unexceptable, unprofessional, and unethical in his scope of practice.

      Cons

      I can write a book about the cons. Do not believe a word they say. I was lied to from day one after I signed. The 5 weeks of vacation is a scam. You can never take more than two and that only if you are allowed by the two lead PTs that are buddies with the director. If you plan for Holidays forget about them. Already reserved by the aforementioned PTs. You are working ALL holidays. Productivity 90% at least, you are treated like five, disrespectful environment. They request unbelievable number of min. for pts that is impossible to perform.

      Offers 401k for per diem employees...

      Cons

      90% productivity (patient care and well being is considered the least important) Treats employees like children when productivity requirements are not met and require you to fill out a chart describing exactly what you did every 15 minutes Disrespectful management who does not care about concerns of employees Very expensive benefit packages It is very clear this company is only concerned with making as much money as possible without concern for patients and employees

      Pros

      Rehab director applicants - expect poor training, unreasonable expectations (especially part B patients) that borderline on unethical, and support from higher management only when it's convenient for them. Apply only if you want to make your life miserable.

      Cons

      Make sure that your contract includes babysitting and kowtowing to the SNF's administrator as well as higher PTS management. Make sure that all terms of your contract are written down - do not trust a word they say. They do not care about you, its all about the $.
