      Sexist dont work here if your a woman

      You get paid breaks and lunches

      Cons

      All men, they pay women less then men, so many of them have gotten mad and walked out, told off people then come back next day but the moment a female says something to a guy that is running his mouth shes automatically fired, but they kept the guy that smokes weed in his car on breaks. Real stand up company ha.

      Pros

      It's an okay place to be if you are a worker drone. Salaries tend to be on par with similar companies. Management doesn't beat you down, if that's all you are looking for.

      Cons

      Top management is very shortsighted. They make dumb decisions on a regular basis. They acquire companies to grow, then gut them. If you aspire to management or a top tier tech slot, go elsewhere. It's never good to work for stupid managers who think they know everything. They have had some success, and it went to their heads, and they became arrogant. The management is afraid of smart, talented people. So, if you are one, you won't be welcome at Pregis.

      Friendly atmosphere with awesome employees. i cannot say enough about the people here at the Wurtland plant, they really seems to care about you, I wish I could say the same for upper management.

      Cons

      It all about the dollar here, Upper management expects you to work your butt off with little compensation. If you want to be taken care of as an employee, this ISN'T the place for you. Again, this isn't a reflection of the people at Wurtland, it's those in upper management that are the problem.
