I worked at PRELOADED for four years and it was one of the most challenging and rewarding jobs I've had. I started in a business development role and was able to explore and learn from multiple parts of the business, working across marketing, audience development and strategy. The PRELOADED team is incredibly creative and talented, endlessly curious about the power of games, play and technology. I couldn't have asked for better colleagues to learn from and grow in my career.
Cons
It's a fast-paced environment which requires you to wear multiple hats. This can be stressful at times but it allowed me to constantly expand the reach of my role.
