It is unfortunate to learn that you experienced no work/life balance or compensation/benefit, something that we strive to achieve, while you were working with us. 3. There is no perfect, one-size fits all, balance, each individual has their own priorities. However, we at PB provision regular outings (once an year), surprise HR activities (once a quarter), movies (three times a year), this is in addition to the monthly birthday bashes and stress busters. 4. We have indoor activities (Table Tennis, Carom, Chess, Stationary Bike, Television Room, Music System) and outdoor games (Volleyball, Cricket, Badminton) to keep you entertained. 5. We have a 5 day work week, giving you weekends to unwind. 6. We have quarterly evaluations which enables transparent communication and accurate goal setting between the PBite and supervisor.
