Cons
Offices are EXTREMELY understaffed, there isn't enough front line workers. Management only concerned about "bottom line" not their employees or work life balance. Management is clueless as to what happens at clinic sites. Training is non existent you may be lucky if you get one day...then you are thrown on the floor.
