Pros

Jewelry is great. Profit margins very high for direct sales

Cons

Business meetings are more like church meetings. Jewelers actually believe that they are doing God's work in sharing beautiful jewels and sales opportunities with other women. If you are not religious or if you are not Christian, you cannot feel like a part of this group at all.

Pros

Pretty Jewelry and the ability to work your own hours

Cons

Direct Sales isn't a joke. It's a lot of work and although they market this company as a great part-time gig, you really can't keep it going without putting in many, many hours. You need to constantly book shows and sponsor people into the business. Your calendar can implode at any given moment. Also, the company really pushes their religious ideology and political bend. They supposedly are in this business for the purpose of evangelization. Well, trust me, the family is making millions at the same time. That's fine and it's great that they "give back." I just got sick of hearing how it wasn't about the money but about bringing the light of Jesus to the ladies. It's a business, plain and simply. If you're ultra conservative, homophobic and believe that only Christians can go to heaven then go for it I guess.

Pros

I love the fact that the company is very Bible-based and very Christian! It's about time that a company does their best to run on Bible-based morals.

Cons

The only thing I do not like about this direct selling company (so far) is that I am supposed to be in business for myself, but I feel that my upline tries to be waaayyyy too involved in MY decision-making. I don't like this at all. Premier seems to be horrible for micro-managing. As long as I am following company policies, I want to do things MY way and when I see fit to do them---not based on what my upline wants to see me do. This is a HUGE con for me.
