Pros
Standard tasks expected to be completed daily. Straight forward work. Location is good.
Cons
Problem lies in management and constant lies that are fed. Benefits aren't good as BC MSP was not included at all back then but now MSP is no longer charged anyways. At least ten people were "let go" during my short tenure at Premier. People are let go seasonally (from fall-winter) and more hired again during peak time (spring-summer). If you see Judy Vanhoof (the COO) in the office, then chances are someone is about to be "let go". Ever notice how Premier always has job postings? Its because the turnover rate is so high. Only hire people when its super busy and then fire people once work is slow. Management only cares about bottom line and not for retaining capable employees. Okay place to work short-term if you need to make ends meet but would constantly look for better opportunity.
