      Pros

      You get to meet a lot of great people out in the community and help them with their IT needs. Great group of IT professionals that work in the tech room and do MOST of the work.

      Cons

      The so called leadership of the company does not value the employees. Simply put, the employees are numbers and profit generators. Hard work is rewarded with pizza, burgers, and cold pasta. Good employees are attacked during annual reviews so that raises are not expected. The benefits are a joke and bare minimum if that. No amount of work you complete will be enough. They'll just keep adding more. You'll be told things like "I don't care about your family, I have a business to run."

      Pros

      This is a resume builder if you can tolerate the terrible ownership.

      Cons

      The turnover is incredible, never have I seen more people quiet quit than when I worked here. You can work as hard as you’ve ever worked and it will still have been a terrible job. Ownership pressures lower level leaders and makes the environment impossible to work in. Expected to work 24/7 with no additional compensation. Expect to be reprimanded in full view of co-workers. Don’t work here.

      It was at least a paycheck

      Cons

      Owners made promises they did not keep. Very toxic environment. Was made promises on several occasions that did not come true. It was like a revolving door of people coming and going. Owner was an HR nightmare.
