Thank you for taking the time to give us a review! Both of your points are valid. Temp work is a great way to get your foot in the door, but the hourly rate is lower than the going rate for a full-time employee hired on a property.
I began Premier Placements with the intent of finding people jobs. That was the sole goal. Several steps must take place to achieve this aim. First and foremost, we are extremely selective in who we hire. Our hiring policies have given us a reputation for having the best in the business as far as apartment staffing is concerned. We want to put our employees and clients in a win-win situation. We do not charge the customer when someone gets a lease. We ask our staff always to keep in mind that they are on are working interviews. Doing your best, working hard and impressing the client includes showing your skills be it leasing or punching an apartment, etc. Our goal is to find you a job.
