      Pros

      Some of the people in the company at lower levels are really nice people and work very hard.

      Cons

      High turnover, constantly being asked to work after hours and they do not respect personal time. No one last here very long and the ownership is crude and has poor business acumen as well as caveman like people skills.

      The people on your team are always going to be cool.

      Not enough coverage, employees actively punished for taking time off because of this, and the pay isn't enough for the volume of work demanded.
